What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the postcode of the garden, what you need, and any notes or photos you add. If you become a customer, we also keep your address, the work we have done and our invoices.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to visit and quote, to arrange and carry out the work, and to keep our business accounts. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, carrying out that contract, and our legal duty to keep financial records.

Who sees it

Only Karol and, where needed to do the work, our team. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing. Our website host and email provider store data on our behalf. [Name of website host and form or email service]

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not lead to any work, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep your details and invoices for 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, because the law requires us to keep business records.

Your rights
