What we do
Managing agents, residents' associations and freeholders need grounds that look cared for all year, without chasing anyone. We agree a schedule with you, keep to it, and tell you if anything needs attention.
We look after the grass, hedges, borders and paths, and we take on larger jobs when they come up, such as relaying paths or cutting back overgrown boundaries. A block management company has used us for many years.

Before we start
Communal hedges need checking for nesting birds before they are cut between March and August. On a set schedule, we plan the main hedge cuts around this.
Leaves on paths and steps can be slippery in autumn and winter. Regular leaf clearing keeps shared areas safer for residents.
Trees on the grounds of blocks of flats may be protected by a Tree Preservation Order or be in a conservation area. We check before any tree work.
Residents notice when the grounds are looked after. A tidy entrance and well-kept borders reflect well on the people who manage the building.

Will the same team come each time?
Yes. The same team looks after your site, so they get to know it and the residents get to know them.
How often will you visit?
That depends on the site. Many blocks have a visit every two weeks in the growing season and less often in winter. We agree the schedule with you.
Can you take on larger jobs as well?
Yes. We relay paths, repair fences and walls, and cut back or remove trees and overgrown hedges when needed.
Do you look after church and community grounds?
Yes. We have pruned hedges and tidied church grounds, and we are happy to look at other community sites.
